Our Mission
Supporting Every Student's Journey
With over 20 years of experience, Beyond Support Services has been dedicated to supporting students with special needs, ages 4 to 21, across Public and Catholic School Boards in a variety of educational settings. Our longstanding commitment to individualized support promotes student success, independence, and meaningful participation in the classroom. Our highly skilled Associates bring a minimum of three years of relevant experience and specialized knowledge in supporting students with diverse behavioural, developmental, and educational needs. Through evidence-based approaches, including Sensory Integration, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Behaviour Reduction Strategies, and individualized support protocols, our Associates work collaboratively with school staff to address each student's unique needs. A key priority for our Associates is establishing strong, collaborative partnerships with classroom teachers and Special Education Resource Teachers. Together, they work to strengthen existing skills, develop new abilities, and support the individualized learning goals outlined in each student's Individual Education Plan (IEP). By fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, Beyond Support Services helps students reach their full potential.
