Position Type: Full-time flexible contracts (Independent Contractors) based on your availability for schools and section classrooms.

Beyond Support Services (BSS) provides educational support to guide students with special needs from 4-21 years of age attending Catholic or Public Schools, in a variety of educational settings.
Responsibilities:
- To support and guide students with autism and or mental health and behavioural challenges
- To assist teachers in implementing specific programs in language, behaviour management, and physical management
- To implement structured modified programs to allow students to develop meaningful academic skills
- To provide opportunities for students to foster self-esteem, and promote positive social skills within the school and community
Qualifications and Experience:
- College diploma or university degree in child/youth-related programs
- Experience in working with children/youth with a particular exceptionality and/ or diagnosis
- Sound knowledge of behavioural analysis principles
- Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI)
- Current Vulnerable Police Check
